Claire Pédrot, M. sc.
Environmental Project Manager
Claire Pédrot holds a Master’s in Environmental Science from the Université de La Rochelle (France) with a specialization in coastal ecosystem management. She previously worked for the agency between 2011 and 2014. Since her return in 2016, she manages many of AMIK’s conservation projects (Traditional Indigenous Knowledge, ecosystem assessment, stock assessment, awareness, etc.)
Between 2014 and 2015, she worked for the Union Internationale pour la Conservation de la Nature (UICN) at its headquarters in Switzerland. She coordinated international projects in South America, Africa and Asia that demonstrated how nature conservation strengthened local communities by reducing the risk of natural disasters and adaptations to climate change.
