In order to update our knowledge on the distribution of eelgrass beds on the North Shore, AMIK held an aerial survey of the Lower North Shore from August 15-19, 2010.
By holding this survery, AMIK was able to confirm the distribution of eelgrass beds based on the data gathered by the Comité ZIP Côte-Nord du Golfe in 1999 and 2000.
